Do you need help writing a resume or need to update an existing resume? The Somerset County Library can help. We offer a variety of resources including one-on-one resume help.

Learn what should be included in a resume, the proper structure of the resume, and how to upload your resume to an online job application. You will also learn what resources are available online, how to locate them, and how to use them.

Helpful things to bring with you:

• Past job experience and dates
• Education information (degrees, certificates, etc.)
• Skills from past jobs and in general

Drop In Job Help

Are you new to searching and applying for a job online? Are you wanting to look for a job but do not know where to begin? You can find a variety of resources at the Somerset County Library including one-on-one job help.

Not only will you learn how to fill out an online job application you will learn how to search for jobs that meet your qualifications, interests, and are in the specific geographical area for which you are searching. You will also learn how to upload your resume to an online job application.
